Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
ProCare Therapy is currently working with a forward-thinking and student-focused school district that is actively looking to bring on a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a school-based role that will involve working across multiple campuses, and the district is beginning its search early to ensure the right fit and a smooth transition of services.
Whether you're a seasoned SLP, a Clinical Fellow looking for a supportive placement, or a licensed SLPA seeking your next opportunity, this could be the right role for you.
Position Snapshot:
-
Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (or SLPA)
-
Type: Full-Time (Full school schedule, Monday–Friday)
-
Duration: Entire 2025–2026 School Year
-

-
Service Model: On-site preferred, but remote/teletherapy (VOCO) may be considered for the right candidate
-
Caseload: Details provided during interview; manageable and structured
Why This Role Is Unique:
This position has opened as the district is planning ahead for a staff transition. One of the current SLPs is scheduled to exit at some point during the school year. To ensure consistency and prevent service interruptions, they are looking to bring in a new SLP early to work collaboratively with the outgoing team member. This overlap period will provide full support and allow for shared caseload responsibilities before the permanent handoff.
This forward-thinking transition plan offers an excellent opportunity for a new team member to build rapport with students, staff, and families—without being rushed into the role.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid state license or ability to obtain (SLP or SLPA, depending on applicant)
