Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and qualified Speech Language Pathologist for full-time roles with school districts in the Humbolt, AZ area for the 2025–2026 school year. Contract Term: 2025–2026 School Year
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following state and local certification/licensure requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current Arizona license from the Arizona Department of Health Services or Arizona Department of Education (depending on setting)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants may be considered
-
Completion of required clinical practicum/internship
-
Fingerprint clearance and background check per Arizona Department of Education requirements
-
Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine eligibility and therapy needs
-
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support students' communication goals in the academic setting
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and progress reviews
