Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility as a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidate
- Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for PreK to 5th grade students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and student evaluations
- Support inclusive classroom practices and provide resources to staff and families
