Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist
Aldine ISD is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, onsite contract positions for the 2026–2027 school year in Houston, TX. These openings will primarily support elementary school students, with most clinicians assigned to one school site, though some may be split between two campuses. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply, and candidates with CCCs should be comfortable providing supervision if needed.
The district is looking to fill multiple positions, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
· Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech and language disorders
· Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
· Provide direct speech and language services to elementary school students
· Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
· Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
· Supervise Clinical Fellows, if applicable
Experience:
· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
· Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
· CCC-SLPs must be comfortable supervising if needed
Education & Licensure:
· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
