Located just outside Houston, this position spans multiple school sites while keeping you connected to a central office, ensuring both variety and consistency in your daily work.
In this collaborative educational environment, you’ll be part of an innovative workload model, designed to promote balanced responsibilities and meaningful engagement with students. You will provide speech-language services across 2-3 schools, supervising an SLPA and helping make a difference for students who need your expertise. The schedule offers a full 37.5-hour workweek, featuring the flexibility of at least one guaranteed remote day, and potential for more if the arrangement works well for all parties.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid SLP-CCC and state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience or interest in working in a school setting
- Ability to supervise an SLPA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in a varied, dynamic work environment
