You’ll primarily work onsite, servicing two to three schools with a central office home base. The district values flexibility—expect a guaranteed remote workday each week, with the possibility for additional remote days if your background aligns. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse caseloads or operate within a workload model
- Prior experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and intervention services for students across multiple school sites
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student communication and language needs
- Supervise and mentor assigned SLPAs
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Implement evidence-based therapy and deliver both onsite and remote services as scheduled
