About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist committed to helping students build strong communication skills and excel academically—all from your home office? We are seeking an experienced and motivated SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Texas. This fully remote position allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while working closely with educators, families, and school teams across the state.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals

Deliver engaging, research-backed teletherapy sessions through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Experience working in schools or familiarity with Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines

Successful completion of the Texas Jurisprudence Exam (required for all licensees)
