Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: ASAP – End of School Year

About the Role

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support an elementary caseload in the Houston area. This full-time onsite position serves a diverse group of students and includes collaboration with a school-based therapy team. The caseload includes approximately 87 students and may be shared with another SLP/SLPA to help balance workload needs. SLPA candidates will have onsite SLP supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments and contribute to goal development (SLP); assist with implementation under supervision (SLPA)
• Document services, track progress, and support IEP compliance
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in meetings, follow school procedures, and maintain consistent communication

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP or SLPA license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite full-time
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
