Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated SLP or SLPA for a full-time, on-site school position in Houston, TX. This role supports an elementary caseload and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced on-site supervisor for SLPAs.
Caseload Information

Setting: Elementary School

Caseload Size: Approximately 87 students (may be shared with another SLP/SLPA)

Support: On-site supervisory SLP available for SLPA candidates
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver high-quality speech and language services in alignment with student IEPs
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student progress
-
Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and track progress according to district and state requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and relevant school-based activities

Work effectively within a shared caseload model when applicable
Qualifications
For SLPs:
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (CFs may be considered)
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
For SLPAs:
-
Active Texas SLPA license
-
Ability to work under the direction and supervision of an on-site SLP
Preferred Experience:
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
