School- Based Speech-Language Pathologist On-Site Contract | Houston Metro Area
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in the Southwest Houston area for the 2025–2026 school year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who’s passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential in a supportive, school-based setting.
About the Role
The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders for students across grade levels. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized plans that promote success both academically and socially.
You will:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals

Provide direct and consultative therapy services

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation

Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student progress
Qualifications

Active Texas SLP License (required)

ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $40 – $52+ per hour (based on experience and certification)

Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
