Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Houston, TX 25-26 School Year
We are currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Houston, Texas area. This is a full-time, on-site school-based position offering the opportunity to support students in achieving meaningful communication and academic goals.
Position Details:

Location: Houston, TX and surrounding school districts

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

Setting: On-site in a school-based environment

Start Date: 8/13/2025

Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour, with increased rates based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments in compliance with Texas education standards
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication development
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations
-
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress reports
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs will be considered

Prior school-based experience is highly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
