Requirements:

Must meet all Texas state and local licensing and certification requirements for Speech Language Pathology

Prior school-based experience preferred

Experience supporting special education students and families is highly valued
Typical Job Duties:

Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs of students

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication goals in the classroom and at home
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
