What You’ll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Houston, you will provide direct services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs. Your work will be vital in helping students overcome communication challenges and succeed both academically and socially. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure every student’s needs are fully supported.
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required. CCC-SLP is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) may also be considered depending on district guidelines. Experience in school-based settings is highly valued.
