Hiring School Based SLPs Outside Houston
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in the Montgomery, TX area for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position includes a mix of evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP participation. While onsite presence is preferred, hybrid candidates will be considered.
Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with school staff and IEP teams to support students’ communication needs. The district is seeking someone who is proactive, communicative, and committed to helping students succeed both academically and socially.
Job Details:

Full-time contract for the 2025–2026 school year

Primary responsibilities: speech-language evaluations, some direct therapy, participation in IEP meetings, documentation

In-person strongly preferred; hybrid flexibility considered

Caseload and schedule determined based on district needs and candidate experience
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; open to Clinical Fellows

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and documentation skills
