Speech Pathology - Minneapolis, MN
A temporary opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services covering maternity leave from September 8 to December 18, 2026, in Shoreview, MN. This contract position involves supporting students with speech and language needs within a school setting, offering a manageable caseload that includes incident-related and developmental coordination disorder (DCD) cases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license (required).
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of school-based speech therapy practices.
- Ability to manage a low caseload effectively and maintain detailed records.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- This position is not open to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs).
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Work hours from 8:35 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

- Shoreview, Minnesota.
