Do you have a passion for helping students strengthen communication skills and succeed academically? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support K–12 students throughout the school year.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current Virginia SLP licensure (or eligibility)

  • ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellows accepted

  • Experience with children or school settings preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of IEP processes and special education requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to meaningful goal development

  • Maintain detailed documentation and monitor student progress

  • Provide education and resources for families and caregivers
