Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Hopedale, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position in Hopedale, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a supportive and collaborative school environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students strengthen their communication skills to support academic success and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
-
Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and skill generalization
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding speech and language goals
-
Support classroom-based communication strategies to enhance student outcomes
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license required

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and varying levels of ability
