This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a school setting in Hope Mills, NC. This contract role supports pre-kindergarten through high school students, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in student communication development.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active North Carolina SLP license required
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Ability to supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Flexibility in scheduling for part-time positions, particularly working with pre-kindergarten and elementary students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in school environments
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based SLP roles highly valued

Location:

  • Onsite position in Hope Mills, North Carolina
  • Two onsite roles available: one full-time and one part-time, with the part-time role being a Voco SLP position

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse student caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff to ensure quality care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district standards
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Adapt to the school's schedule to meet the needs of students

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Part-time: Two days a week with flexible hours as required
