This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a school setting in Hope Mills, NC. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Ability to supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Flexibility in scheduling for part-time positions, particularly working with pre-kindergarten and elementary students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in school environments
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Prior experience in school-based SLP roles highly valued
Location:
- Onsite position in Hope Mills, North Carolina
- Two onsite roles available: one full-time and one part-time, with the part-time role being a Voco SLP position
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse student caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district standards
- Engage with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Adapt to the school's schedule to meet the needs of students
Work Schedule:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Part-time: Two days a week with flexible hours as required
