Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Homewood, IL
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position within a supportive school district located in Homewood, Illinois. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering individualized speech and language services that promote students’ communication skills, academic growth, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students’ communication needs

Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans and goals

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels

Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational plans

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

Support the development of communication skills to enhance academic and social outcomes
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
