Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Preschool
Location: Hollister, CA
Position: Full-Time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Caseload: Approximately 45 students, ages 3–5
School Site: Single location
About Us:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, serving preschool students ages 3 to 5. Our program is committed to early intervention and supporting young learners in developing essential communication skills to thrive in school and beyond.
Position Summary:
This full-time SLP position involves providing speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 45 preschool students at one school site. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for early childhood development. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for preschool-aged children.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on speech and language development.

Provide direct speech therapy services to students ages 3–5.

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEP compliance.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights.

Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for young learners.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5) is required.

Bilingual proficiency preferred (please specify languages spoken).

Knowledge of early childhood speech and language development and intervention strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
