Position Overview:
The Hollister School District is seeking a dedicated and qualified Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will provide district-wide support and direct services to a diverse student population. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students reach their full communicative potential and is experienced in working in school settings.
Qualifications:

Current and valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered

Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of IEP process and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels

Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success

Serve as a resource in the identification and implementation of communication strategies
