- Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team, especially in IEP meetings
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptive approach
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine individual speech-language needs
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans with both short- and long-term goals
- Deliver group and individual therapy sessions tailored for elementary students’ diverse needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with school staff and families
- Travel between 2-3 school locations as needed within the district
