Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Hinsdale, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Hinsdale, Massachusetts. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support K–12 students in developing essential communication and language skills while collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to promote both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
