ProCare Therapy is hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve K–12 students in Massachusetts schools for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you’ll provide assessments, design individualized therapy programs, and partner with teachers and families to help students succeed academically and socially.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility through the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology)

Familiarity with IDEA and IEP development

Strong assessment, therapy, and progress-tracking skills

Excellent collaboration and communication with staff and families
Position Details:

Setting: K–12 public and charter schools across Massachusetts

Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available

Start Date: August 2025

Employment Type: W-2 contract through ProCare Therapy

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit
