Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Hillsdale, WY
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a school district located in Hillsdale, Wyoming. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to K–12 students, supporting their communication development and helping them succeed academically, socially, and personally.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support student goals

Provide direct therapy services addressing a variety of speech and language disorders

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support strategies

Monitor and document student progress in alignment with district, state, and federal requirements

Apply evidence-based practices to foster student growth and achievement
Qualifications:

Active Wyoming SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
