Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC or CFY)
- Expertise in pediatric speech therapy, especially within schools
- Previous experience in early childhood or school-based SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy and documentation to diverse student needs
- Commitment to HIPAA and FERPA compliance
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for early childhood students
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in eligibility, parent meetings, and interdisciplinary team processes
