Qualifications:
- Active SLP license for the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEPs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions, both individual and group, for a varied student caseload
- Document and track student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other relevant meetings as part of the school team
