Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site assignment in Forest Grove, OR. This position runs from early January through the end of May and includes a preferred one-day overlap for smooth caseload transition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting students’ communication development.

Note: The district is not accepting SLPAs for this role
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEPs
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success

Conduct assessments, manage documentation, and maintain compliance

Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional activities

Support a smooth transition during overlap day with the existing SLP
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Oregon SLP License (required before start date)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
