Jan- Feb Leave Coverage: SLP-CCC Job in Hillcrest, IL

Due to a leave this coming year, we have been notified on an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) job in Hillcrest, Illinois. This position will be covering a leave from January to February and will require the Speech Language Pathologist to work 32.5 hours weekly with kids in High School. The kids have mild to moderate disabilities, speech delays, and some kids also have Autism, so applicants with experience in these areas are preferred. Collaboration with professionals from other disciplines may be necessary such as working with OTs, SLIs, SPED teachers, etc. so team work skills are important.
Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:
- IL SLP LICENSE
- PEL
- School experience preferred
Speech Language Pathologist Job Skills:
- Intervene proactively to serve a preventative role
- Assess students
- Intervene in appropriate moments
- Design treatment plans
- Administer therapy
- Collect and analyze data of progress and adjust accordingly
