This part-time position offers a unique opportunity for speech-language pathologists to provide specialized services within an elementary school setting. Location:

  • Highwood, IL (travel required)

Position Details:

  • Part-time role (2 days per week) through the remainder of the current school year
  • Elementary caseload

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with valid certification
  • Experience in school-based speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with pediatric populations and healthcare settings
  • Ability to provide teletherapy services when necessary
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills to work with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals

  • Utilize teletherapy techniques as appropriate to extend reach and accessibility
