Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Newark, NJ
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Newark, NJ, working within a school setting. This role is ideal for licensed SLP professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with a focus on pediatric populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders

- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably within schools
- Completion or active status of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and educational goals
