Blazer Jobs is partnering with a Henrico County, VA school district to hire a full-time, onsite School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. Daily Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
-
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
-
Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs as assigned
-
Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
State & License Requirements (Virginia)

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Virginia SLP License
-
Ability to work in a school-based setting
-
School experience preferred, not required

Compensation (Pay Depends on Experience)

0–2 years: $50–53/hr

3–5 years: $56–59/hr

6–9 years: $59–62/hr

10+ years: $62–65/hr
