Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines regarding individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique developmental needs of each student.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Completion of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome.
- Active Nevada Department of Education (DOE) certification and Nevada SLP license required.
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued.
- Commitment to full-time, on-site work; virtual or hybrid schedules and part-time arrangements will not be considered.
Additional Information:
- Assignments will vary in caseload, age group, and school placement within the Henderson and Las Vegas metropolitan area.
- Candidates who are bilingual may receive additional compensation.
- Position requires availability from the start date through late May 2026.
