Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8.
- Manage a caseload that supports pediatric communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver services through in-person sessions with potential teletherapy components.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CF) or qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) recognized in educational and healthcare settings.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school and healthcare contexts.
- Ability to work across two locations with flexibility.
- Competence in teletherapy methods is desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Henderson, MN (travel between two sites required).
- Schedule: 30-32 hours per week, typically four days a week (Monday through Thursday) or five days a week (Monday through Friday), based on candidate preference.
- Start Date: Immediate availability desired, with a start no later than June 6, 2025.
- No summer hours.
- Opportunity to renew contract for the 2025-2026 school year.
