A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available in Prior Lake, MN, providing a contract position for the current school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-8 students across two school locations.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student communication needs.
- Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
- Eligibility or certification as an SLPA also considered.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, including school and healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and education-focused service, with no summer work requirements and the potential to renew for the 2025-2026 school year. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible, with a firm start by June 6, 2025.
