School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Prior Lake, Minnesota
A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support K-8 students across two educational sites in Prior Lake, MN. This position offers a work schedule of 30-32 hours per week, spread over four days, Monday through Thursday or Monday through Friday, based on personal preference. The role is set to begin as soon as possible, with a start date by June 6, 2025, and does not require summer hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K through 8.
- Manage a caseload across two sites collaboratively.
- Deliver services in alignment with educational standards and team objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes.
- Participate in assessments, individualized education plan (IEP) meetings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow) or SLPA credentials accepted.
- Experience or familiarity with teletherapy is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in school settings and across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to student progress and inclusive educational practices.

Schedule: 30-32 hours per week, 4 days (Mon-Thur or Mon-Fri)
Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY), with possibility of renewal for 2025-26 SY
