School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Minneapolis, MN Area (Henderson, MN)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Up to 35 Hours/Week)
Schedule: Flexible Days, Monday–Friday
Contract Dates: ASAP – End of 2024–2025 School Year
About the Position
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking 2–3 Speech-Language Pathologists to join a collaborative and student-focused school district in the Minneapolis area. These positions are open to both part-time and full-time candidates and offer schedule flexibility with the potential for a hybrid work model—therapy sessions conducted onsite, while report writing and documentation can be done remotely.
The immediate caseload need is 2.5 days per week, but the district is open to expanding responsibilities to create a 35–40 hour/week full-time position for candidates who prefer a larger workload.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students on assigned caseload(s)

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations as needed

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents/guardians, special education staff, and other service providers

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring

Utilize appropriate therapy materials, technology, and intervention strategies tailored to each student’s needs
Qualifications

Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

No SLPA applicants at this time
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
Proficiency with technology for therapy and documentation purposes
