Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist | Part-Time Flexibility with Growth Potential
Location: Henderson, Minnesota Area
Are you seeking a part-time role with the flexibility to grow? A school district near Henderson, MN is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. The position currently covers 2.5 days per week with the possibility of expanding to a full-time schedule (35–40 hours/week) as the district finalizes staffing needs.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy and conduct evaluations

Manage a school-based caseload, working approximately 25 hours per week

Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families

Participate in IEP development and implementation to support student goals

Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to a supportive learning environment
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Location: Henderson, MN area (commutable from the greater Minneapolis region)
