Position Overview
As our full-time Early Childhood SLP, you will:

Deliver high-quality speech and language services to children with mild to moderate communication needs

Conduct comprehensive assessments and eligibility evaluations
-
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges
-
Provide both individual and group therapy sessions in engaging classroom settings
-
Collaborate closely with ECSE teachers, parents, occupational therapists, and related team members
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Missouri DESE and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Missouri SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
-
Experience in early childhood or with mild–moderate caseloads strongly preferred
-
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
