Key Qualifications

- Previous school-based or pediatric experience advantageous
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
- Document session notes, progress monitoring, and parent/teacher communications
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt to a caseload matched to your skills and assignment requirements
