Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Francisco, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a K-12 school in San Francisco, CA. This contract position runs from ASAP start through the end of the school year (EOSY) and involves working with a caseload primarily consisting of students from 1st through 8th grade.
Responsibilities include providing speech-language therapy services both in person and via teletherapy, adapting to a new virtual platform (VOCO), and ensuring compliance with California school regulations. Experience in virtual service delivery within a school setting is essential, as this is a new implementation for the school. Expertise working in California schools and managing diverse caseloads in K-8 environments is a must.
Qualifications:
- Valid California school Speech-Language Pathologist certification
- Proven experience delivering teletherapy services in educational settings
- Background working with students in grades 1 through 8
- Comfortable using virtual therapy platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
