Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | San Mateo, California
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year in Sunnyvale, CA. This opportunity involves providing therapy services in an elementary school setting, serving two classrooms. The role is contracted for the entire school year and offers an engaging environment supporting pediatric speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged children within a caseload model
- Provide assessments, individualized treatment plans, and progress monitoring for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school settings
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children in both group and individual environments
- Familiarity with caseload management in educational settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
