Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations

Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
-
Provide direct therapy and consultation in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and team planning
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA CCCs (Clinical Fellows considered)

PDE Certification (Educational Specialist) or willingness to obtain

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
