Lawrence, MA Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Needed for 20252026 School Year
Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts
Contract Dates: August 25, 2025 – June 18, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Caseload: PreK–8th grade
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Lawrence, MA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position serving students from PreK through 8th grade.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments as needed
-
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
-
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Massachusetts SLP license (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
