Position Overview
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role serving an elementary caseload (K–5) within a supportive school district. The position offers a manageable caseload, collaborative team environment, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills.
Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required

Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families

Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP license in the state of Michigan
-
ASHA CCC preferred; CFYs considered

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
