What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, standards-based science instruction in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or other core subjects

Create lesson plans, labs, and assessments tailored to student needs

Promote inquiry-based learning and hands-on exploration in the classroom

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Collaborate with staff and participate in IEPs when applicable

Foster a focused, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What You’ll Need

A valid Louisiana teaching certificate with a high school science endorsement

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field

Previous experience in a high school setting preferred

Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprint clearance
