Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit, student-centered school community? We are currently seeking a Full-Time SLP to join a highly supportive team for the 2025–2026 school year at a K-6 charter school. Location: On-site (no virtual options)

Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 6th grade

School Size: Approximately 100 students total

Caseload: School-wide caseload; exact numbers TBD but manageable due to small student population
? Responsibilities Include:
-
Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language therapy needs
-
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
-
Providing direct therapy services to K–6 students
-
Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success
-
Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
-
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams
? Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility prior to start date)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFY candidates with strong references are encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

A commitment to student growth and team collaboration

Comfort working in a smaller, community-oriented school setting
