Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hanover, Pennsylvania
Step into an impactful role supporting students across a diverse K-12 setting as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering a 35-hour workweek and the chance to make a difference in a collaborative educational environment. You’ll be traveling between sites to work directly with students throughout the district, helping each individual achieve their communication goals and thrive academically.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate and Teaching Certificate must accompany resume
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings (K-12) preferred
- Candidates with SLP-CCC or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Commitment to providing onsite, individualized and group therapy (no remote services)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services across district schools
- Collaborate regularly with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for all cases
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and cross-disciplinary initiatives
