Positions Available: 2 Full-Time Openings
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full Time
Start Date: Beginning of 2025–2026 School Year
Caseload: K–12 (Exact site/grade level to be determined)
Average Caseload Size: ~55 students
Position Overview:
[District/School Name] is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join the team for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles offer the opportunity to serve a diverse K–12 student population, with caseloads averaging around 55 students. Final site placements and grade-level assignments will be determined based on district needs, as several recent hires have been made and placements are currently being finalized.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in alignment with their IEPs

Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to eligibility determinations

Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal requirements

Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
