The Details
Compensation:

Competitive pay of $60–$65/hour onsite or remotely $45–$51/hour.
-
Remote Advantage: As a 1099 contractor, a tax accountant can help you maximize earnings with additional tax benefits.
Onsite Positions (W2):

Full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off.

Remote Positions (1099):

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate professionals who meet the following requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active state licensure in the location you wish to work.
-
ASHA CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply).
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.

Ability to pass a background check.
What You’ll Do
As a ProCare Therapy SLP, you’ll:

Assess and treat students with a variety of speech and language disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans that foster measurable progress.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student development.

Maintain accurate documentation of progress and compliance with school and state regulations.
